Total Spin Machine

Spin and control have been taken to new levels by leveraging:

• Razor sharp grooves, with a 37° wall angle to elevate the groove-edge sharpness. From 80 yards and in, these grooves promote a controlled “one hop and stop” trajectory.
• New raw face. The plating on the face has been removed which allows for rusting over time in the scoring zone, while maintaining the premium look throughout the rest of the clubhead. Removing the plating enables a more direct connection between the ball and the face at impact.
• Offset Groove-in-Groove Technology. Positioning the milled micro-grooves at a 20° angle promotes added spin on chips, pitches and lob shots.
• A muted toe pad on the face reduces glare at address.

Weight Balanced Design for Enhanced Feel and Improved Scoring Performance

The Full Toe shape pushes CG high, for a design that creates a lower, more controlled trajectory. Callaway’s Variable Weight Port System helps to relocate CG away from the heel, for solid contact and enhanced feel.

Confidence and Versatility from Full Toe Shape and New J Grind

The Full Toe shape provides more face area with an enhanced but refined toe peak. The shaping works with the specialized J-Grind to make short shots around the green easy to hit, especially bunker shots and high flops. This wedge is built to perform on mid and full wedge shots too, with a pre-worn leading edge for great turf interaction.

Featured only on the Jaws Raw Full Toe wedge, J grind was developed specially for a full toe shape with more camber front to back, and toe to heel, to expose the generous bounce. This bounce features even more relief on the heel to allow players the versatility of opening the face. It’s a forgiving grind with a pre-worn leading edge and 10° of bounce.
